How do I manage my inventory?

To get your inventory listed, you'll have a dedicated account manager that will handle inventory updates. Please note, when an item has been sold outside of Checkout Basket, you must inform your account manager.

How do I get paid?

When a customer checks out on our website, you'll receive an invoice with the customer's information. Once the product has been shipped, and tracking information has been provided - we transfer the full balance owed.

No need to wait to get paid!

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes! However, you will have to upgrade during your regular billing cycle. If you would like to upgrade prior to the end of your cycle, there is an administrative fee associated.

Can I list pre-orders?

Yes! Your inventory will remain as a never-OOS listing. This means customers will be able to order this item as much times as possible. This item will be clearly demarcated as a PRE-ORDER.

Can I advertise on your website?

Yes. We offer additional add-on services:

  • $10/month to list a Featured product
  • $50/month for a place on the rotating banner on Shop All Products page
  • $100/month for Homepage Banner showcasing your store
